Omnipercept is an offering by Techxagon. The data controller’s legal name, address and formal contact channel are pending legal confirmation. This draft concerns the informational website and its forms; it does not replace project-specific video agreements.

Contact data and purpose

The form requests name, company, role, email, optional phone, industry, camera range and message to prepare a conversation. The form prepares an email on the device and does not send these fields to a server. The user decides whether to open their email application and send it.

Preferences and browsing

The site stores theme preferences and the consent decision. Persistent visitor identification and browsing events depend on consent. When services are connected, technical signals may be used for abuse prevention. Preferences can be reviewed through the footer.
