Scope first. Proposal next.

Two structures to plan your project: hardware and a camera license at each site, or a platform license. The pilot helps size the deployment before a quote.

Commercial structure

Two ways to size the project.

Site

Hardware per site + license per camera

Bring cameras into the system and analyze video where operations happen.

  • Hardware sized for cameras, scenes and analysis load.
  • Camera licenses within the agreed scope.
  • Local recording and central access according to project configuration.
  • Installation and connections defined in the proposal.

Platform

Perpetual license or subscription

Depending on the project: scope, deployment and responsibilities in writing.

  • License model agreed for your operation.
  • Central deployment and capacity sized for the sites being added.
  • Optional agents with defined permissions and scope.
  • Integrations and additional services identified separately.

What is included

Support with a written scope.

Updates
Updates for the contracted scope and their rollout procedure are documented in the proposal.
Support channel
An agreed support channel and project owners, with response times defined in the agreement.
Training
Training by role for operators, administrators and site technicians.

Honest answers

Before requesting a proposal.

How is hardware sized?
We review cameras, resolution, recording and analysis scenes. The pilot compares configuration with the site load.
Do I need to replace my cameras?
We start with your existing cameras. Compatibility is checked by model and connection before agreeing on the scope.
Which platform license can I choose?
A perpetual license or subscription, depending on the project. The proposal states usage rights, maintenance and applicable terms.
Are agents included?
Agents are optional. Their scope, permissions, connections and usage terms are agreed separately.
What support is included?
Updates, a support channel and training for the contracted scope. The proposal defines responsibilities and terms.
How are integrations quoted?
We review the system, available access and required workflow. Connections and integration work are listed in the proposal.
How do I start?
With a four-week pilot at one site and agreed acceptance criteria. Pilot terms are defined before it starts.

The next step

Quote what your site needs.

A pilot defines hardware, cameras and connections before preparing the proposal.
